Glade Glampfire
The sense of smell is closely tied with memory, so we leveraged the unique fragrances of Glade to create a night full of memorable experiences, and change the perception that Glade candles are for bathrooms and grandmothers.
We transformed an abandoned theater into a choose-your-own-adventure, filled with scent and instagram-able moments. The event was filled with influencers and publications like Marie Claire, Allure and People. My partner and I led the creation of over 2,000 points of communication, including social deliverables, films, and collateral pieces for the event.
Scented invitations were sent out to social influencers, the media, and to our core demographic. Each guest received a playbill guiding them through the theater and describing all of the intricate notes that go into the Glade autumn collection.
Each room brought to life a different scent story, decorated and filled with different notes that you could experience with all of your senses, not just scent.
